Kevin K. Dixon is a lifelong resident of Citrus County, Florida. He graduated from Citrus High School and went on to attend Central Florida Community College and the University of South Florida before enlisting in the United States Army in 1986. During his three years of service as a combat medic, Kevin earned both his Associate in Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Maryland and received his honorable discharge in 1989.
Following his military service, Kevin pursued his legal education at the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1993, graduating in the top 20% of his class.
After law school, Kevin returned home to Citrus County to begin his legal career. He joined a local law firm, worked his way up to become a full partner, and eventually opened his own practice in 2004.
Kevin is the proud father of two daughters and a son, and a grandfather. He is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting—both in Florida and out of state—and enjoys fishing throughout the region. He is also a Florida Certified Master Tree Farmer.
