Lifelong Citrus County resident.
Trial attorney since 1993.
Solo practitioner. Combat medic. Cumberland Law, top 20%. Three decades at the courthouse on Apopka Avenue.
A Citrus County practice, built one client at a time.
Kevin K. Dixon is a lifelong resident of Citrus County, Florida. He graduated from Citrus High School and went on to attend Central Florida Community College and the University of South Florida before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1986.
During his three years of service as a combat medic, Kevin earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland — completing his degree while in uniform.
He went on to attend the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1993, finishing in the top 20% of his class.
"When you call this office, you talk to Kevin — not an associate, not a paralegal, not a screener. That is the practice he built, and that is the practice he is keeping."
How the practice came to be.
After law school, Kevin returned home and joined a local Citrus County firm, where he made full partner. In 2004 he opened his own practice — Kevin K. Dixon, P.A. — and has run it as a solo attorney ever since.
He is admitted to all Florida state courts and handles real estate, business, civil litigation, foreclosure defense, construction, contracts, and landlord–tenant matters across eight Central Florida counties.
Outside the office.
Kevin is married with two daughters, a son, and grandchildren. He is an avid outdoorsman who hunts in Florida and across the country, fishes when he gets the chance, and is a Florida Certified Master Tree Farmer on his own property.
