Privacy Policy
Effective October 28, 2026
This page explains what information Kevin K. Dixon, P.A. collects through this website, and how we use it. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details at the bottom.
The short version: we collect what you choose to send us and some basic visit data, we use it to answer you and run our business, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
- Consultation request form: your name, phone number, email, the type of legal matter and a brief description.
- Email and phone: anything you include when you email or call us.
Information about your legal matter
Sending the form or calling the office does not create an attorney-client relationship. We use what you send only to decide whether and how we can help, and we keep it confidential as the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar require for prospective clients. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive details through the website form; call the office instead.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is not yet a common standard for them.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, quotes and requests
- To provide and schedule the products or services you ask for
- To send messages you asked for, such as updates or our email list
- To understand how the site is used and make it better
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam or fraud
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the site and business, such as our website host and form delivery service, Microsoft (email). They may use it only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
- If our business is sold or reorganized, with the new owner, who must honor this policy
Your choices
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect and keep information
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit who can see what you send us and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
